Pound Fabrics started as just a small initiative with a mission to make fabrics more affordable. We are now well on the way and have helped thousands of dressmakers all over the UK. For many, the door to sewing has been opened again where the cost of fabric was previously a barrier. 

The exclusive Pound Fabrics Community Facebook group started as just an idea in November 2019. Today, we have a wonderful, lively and collaborative group of over 16,000 super seamstresses! These include those at the start of their sewing journey right up to experts who have been sewing for decades and kindly sharing their creativity, tips and talent! We believe it is the best sewing group in the world🥇🌎
