Since launching Pound Fabrics in June 2018, we have had thousands of happy customers. Unfortunately, companies have tried to impersonate us and confuse YOU – our customers, our community.
Whilst some of these companies failed and closed, we have received emails from customers that more sites have popped up impersonating us – Pound Fabrics. Some even have the cheek to use the EXACT same name as us and copy our website text.
DO NOT BE FOOLED!
If our website or an email looks different, it probably isn’t us.
We are the ORIGINAL Pound Fabrics, with over 23,000 Five Star Trustpilot Reviews and winners of the British Sewing Awards 2022 for Best Fabric Supplier.
Some of the copycat sites impersonating us have popped up only a couple of weeks ago, have no company history but try to give the impression that they are established like us – they are NOT!
Do not trust them with your money. If ordering with us, you are safe and always have protection and reassurance of our Five Star customer care. Unlike these other imposter and fraudulent sites!
We have been contacted by numerous customers that they have received substandard fabric. These were poor quality and did not match the website image & description. Other upset customers have contacted us that they had not received their order nor any updates for weeks. Upon investigating this, we realised that these orders were not placed with us!
Know that we are truly appalled and are taking action. But the people behind this are very clever. Even if one site gets taken down, they just create a new company and launch another copycat website.
In the meantime, BE WARY of any emails you get from companies pretending to be from us - Pound Fabrics.
The people behind this have shown no morals or ethics in their actions.
